At Sehat Lab PK, we are committed to delivering high-quality herbal wellness products for men. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be needed. Please read our policy carefully for the Marriage Essentials Bundle:

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if all product seals remain unopened.

  • Customers with allergies to any ingredients in our Majoon products may be eligible for a partial refund (full refunds are not provided).

  • The herbal oil in the bundle is non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to its nature.

📦 How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Sehat Lab PK Customer Support at +92 345 3999446 to initiate the process.

  2. Our team will schedule pickup through an authorized courier.

  3. Once we receive the returned product, refunds are processed within 24 business hours.

  4. A PKR 500 deduction applies to all refunds (exchanges are not charged).

⏰ Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order (including delivery day).

  • To speed up processing, please share a clear photo of the parcel with the delivery slip attached.

⚠️ Change of Mind Policy

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
